Effective: October 15, 2026 YTS (“we”) operates the YTS App, an internal business application used only by YTS staff. This policy covers data the YTS App accesses, including data from Intuit QuickBooks Online. What we access. Accounting data from our own QuickBooks Online company: customers, vendors, items, invoices, payments, and related records. How we use it. Only to run our own billing, bookkeeping, and reporting. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and do not use it for advertising. Who can access it. Only authorized YTS personnel. Security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed to browsers. Retention and deletion. When QuickBooks is disconnected, we revoke and delete stored access tokens.
